To better manage the rising costs of payment processing, a 2.5% fee applies to all transactions made using a credit card, as of June 1, 2025. The fee is applied at the time of payment for services rendered. To avoid it, we gladly accept cash or checks.
Insurance
You are responsible for knowing your insurance limitations and policies. Please contact your insurance company to be assured that you have coverage for the services you will be receiving, and be sure to bring your insurance card to each visit.
We will gladly file your medical charges with your insurance carrier; however, ultimately the payment is your responsibility. All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa as payment options.
